During the Chinese New Year Holiday (2025/01/25-02/01), parking will be on a first-come, first-served basis due to high guest volume.
If our designated parking lot is full, please find a nearby paid parking lot at your own expense.

Guanko Hotel Parking Information
In addition to the parking spaces in front of the hotel, we also have a designated parking lot (as indicated in the image).
If both parking areas are full, we will arrange parking for you at our partner parking facility.
If you park at other non-designated parking lots, we will provide a subsidy of up to $100 per room per night. Please make sure the invoice is issued under the hotel's tax ID number: 53074310, for accounting purposes.
If you are pregnant or require accessible parking, please inform us when booking, and we will arrange it for you accordingly.

Free rental of baby cribs and baby bath sets (including a bathtub, water scoop, and seat) for in-room use. (Limited quantity, reservations required in advance.)
Priority for rental of children's equipment is given to children under two years old. Please use within the recommended safety guidelines (including age limits).
A bottle sterilizer is available in the lobby for public use. Feel free to inquire at check-in.
Kids-themed rooms are equipped with children's amenities (bath set, toothpaste and toothbrush set, non-slip slippers, and waterproof bag). Additional sets can be purchased for NT$300 per set.
Children's high chairs and utensils are available at all dining locations throughout the hotel.
The lobby on the first floor features a small children's ball pit, Rody horses and reading chairs.
We also offer board games for family interaction and a selection of children's books for rental.
Self-service laundry/drying service
There are two washers and dryers on 8F. You can ask for free washing powder at Front Desk. The fee for each use is $50 (five 10-yuan coins).
(1) Take Exit 2 of Chiayi High Speed Rail Station. Holders of high-speed rail tickets can take 7211 or 7212 high-speed rail express bus BRT to TRA Chiayi Rear Station for free, and then take a taxi to Guanko Hotel. The fare is about $140 NTD.

(2) From Chiayi High Speed Rail Station Exit 3, take a taxi directly to Guanko Hotel. The fare is about $400 NTD and traveling time is around 20 minutes.
